Where Community Meets Competition • What: Four sessions of friendly competitive play, prizes & fun around the table! • When: Thursdays Sept 24, October 1, 8 and 15; 1 - 3PM. • Where: Citrine Larkspur. Four scored American mahjongg games followed by open social play each week. Winners each will climb the League Leaderboard with a glory for the Champion after all four weeks. To enjoy the league, you should be able to comfortably play 3 games/hour without coaching. There will not be coaching on play, although scoring guidance/clarification will be provided as needed. Citrine Studio will be open at 12:30 pm if you want to bring your lunch or browse. Make some new friends and then crush them at the table. Mahj On My Mind will provide tiles, mats, racks. Tile sets may have traditional or modern graphics and will have easily recognizable suits. Play Smart. Play Fair. Have Fun. Note: If you are not available on all dates, you may register as a substitute. We will evaluate space and contact you as needed to fill space or for competitive or non-competitive social play.
